By accessing or using KeepTally ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and Pro subscribers.
"KeepTally," "we," "us," and "our" refers to the operators of keeptally.org. "You" refers to any person using the Service.
KeepTally is a personal health tracking application that allows users to log and view data about their period, sleep, gut health, vitamins and supplements, and hydration. The Service computes patterns, streaks, and correlations based on the data you enter.
KeepTally is a personal tracking tool, not a medical device, not a diagnostic tool, and not a healthcare service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate account information (name, email). Accounts created with false information may be terminated.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If we become aware that a user is under 13, we will terminate the account immediately.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@keeptally.org.
KeepTally offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. Pro features are described on the pricing page.
Free trial: Pro includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan unless you subscribe.
Billing: Pro billing is processed by Stripe (when payment integration launches). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, depending on your selection).
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods, except as described below.
Refund policy: If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your first paid subscription, contact hello@keeptally.org and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
Price changes: We will provide at least 30 days notice before changing Pro pricing. Your existing subscription price is honored for the current billing period.

You retain all rights to the health data you enter into KeepTally. We do not claim ownership of your data. We are granted a limited license to store, process, and display your data for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Our Privacy Policy describes in detail how we handle your data. By using the Service, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
KeepTally, the KeepTally logo, the Service's design, features, and code are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service or its underlying code without explicit written permission.
Feedback you provide (suggestions, bug reports, feature requests) may be used to improve the Service without any obligation to you.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Nothing in this section limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@keeptally.org. We will delete your account and data within 30 days.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or cause harm to the Service or other users. In most cases, we will warn you first. If your account is terminated for cause, you are not entitled to a refund for remaining subscription time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
Minor clarifications or corrections (fixing typos, improving clarity) may be made without advance notice.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
